Court Ready Coaches helps youth basketball coaches walk into practice and parent meetings prepared. Volunteer and paid coaches across the U.S. often get the whistle without a curriculum. We fill that gap with progressive 20-week practice plans, parent meeting agendas, age-appropriate offensive concepts, and playing-time rotation systems that match real league norms.

Plans are written for four age bands—PreK–1st, 7–9, 10–12, and 13–15—with practice lengths, complexity, and playing-time philosophy that fit each stage. Younger bands stay play-based and equal-play; older bands add team systems without losing a developmental core.

Language stays professional and practical. Play names are generic (Motion, High, Horns, Box, Stack) so you never worry about trademarked college or NBA sets. Delivery is markdown playbooks plus a Google Sheets rotations template you duplicate for each team.
